These terms govern your use of Granular. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

This is a plain-English starting template. Review it against your business and applicable law (and have counsel check it) before launch.

1. The app

Granular is a macOS application that lets you run AI agents in real terminals on your own computer. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on devices you control, subject to your plan.

2. Your responsibility

Granular's agents can read, create, edit, and delete files and run commands on your machine at your direction. You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for keeping backups of important work. Review actions before approving anything destructive.

3. Plans, billing & refunds

Free features are available without payment. Pro unlocks additional capabilities.
Subscriptions (monthly/annual) renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime is a one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your entitlement is bound to your device via a signed receipt.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period.
30-day money-back guarantee. Every paid plan — monthly, annual, and lifetime — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email hello@buildwithomar.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are handled reasonably and per applicable law.

4. AI output

AI features depend on third-party providers and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Output is provided "as is" — verify anything important before relying on it. You own the content you create; your use of provider services is also subject to those providers' terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Granular to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or rebrand the app or its services except as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Granular name, logo, and software are owned by us. These terms don't transfer ownership of the app to you.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
